Velvet Batter is a small bakery,found by Veronica Lim in 2013. The cupcakes recipes are crafted to bring more sparkles to the lives of our satisfied customers. All cupcakes are gluten-free and some of them are diabetic-friendly and for vegans, suitable for our fellow customers who have special dietary needs. Veronica Lim was an aspiring young girl who wanted to spread happiness in the form of food. She loves baking and sharing the pastries with people around her. Her grandmother likes cupcakes but couldn't enjoy it because of diabetes. This made Veronica realise that illnesses shouldn't be stopping people from enjoying what they love eating. To follow her passion, she went to Temasek Polytechnic for her tertiary studies under Diploma in Baking and Culinary Science. After her polytechnic studies, she started this business with the belief that everyone should be able to enjoy the little indulgences in life.
